Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

With a firm understanding of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) ASTM standards, thorough research and understanding of the client's needs, EPGI tries to avoid costly Phase II ESAs which can stall or even kill real estate deals.

We do not offer Phase II services, so we do not profit on them like other firms. We feel most firms offer cheap Phase I Assessments with the goal of costly Phase II assessments for de minimis conditions or Business Environmental Risks. Most firm's Phase II rates are 20-40% of Phase Is completed. EPGI has been less than 5% for the previous 5 years.

We are not the cheapest Phase I ESA firm in town, but provide the highest quality work. We work with our clients to assess their risk tolerance and provide the proper recommendations.
